개인정보처리방침

NEOCOLOR(neocolor.net, 이하 'NEOCOLOR')는 「개인정보 보호법」에 따라 이용자의 개인정보를 보호하고, 관련 문의와 고충을 빠르게 처리하기 위해 다음과 같이 개인정보처리방침을 정합니다.
1. 처리하는 개인정보 항목
- 이메일로 회원가입: 이메일, 비밀번호, 이름(닉네임)
- 구글 계정으로 가입·로그인: 구글이 전달하는 이메일, 이름, 프로필 사진 주소
- 서비스를 이용할 때 자동으로 생기는 정보: 로그인 기록(일시, 접속 IP, 브라우저 정보)
비밀번호는 암호화해서 저장하므로 NEOCOLOR도 알 수 없습니다.
2. 개인정보를 처리하는 목적
- 회원 확인, 회원가입·로그인, 비밀번호 찾기
- 강의·커뮤니티·인력사무소 등 서비스 제공과 공지 전달
- 문의 응대, 부정 이용 방지와 보안
3. 보유·이용 기간
- 회원 정보는 회원 탈퇴 때까지 보관하고, 탈퇴하면 지체 없이 파기합니다.
- 법령에 따라 보관해야 하는 정보는 그 기간 동안만 보관합니다. 예) 로그인 기록: 3개월(통신비밀보호법)
4. 파기 절차와 방법
보유 기간이 끝나거나 처리 목적을 이루면 지체 없이 파기합니다. 전자 파일은 다시 살릴 수 없는 방법으로 지웁니다.
5. 제3자 제공
이용자가 동의하거나 법률에 특별한 규정이 있는 경우를 빼고는 개인정보를 다른 곳에 제공하지 않습니다.
6. 처리 위탁과 국외 이전
서비스 운영을 위해 아래 회사에 개인정보 처리를 맡기고 있으며, 이 회사들은 국외에 있습니다.

국외 이전을 원하지 않으시면 회원가입을 하지 않거나 탈퇴하시면 됩니다. 이 경우 로그인이 필요한 서비스는 이용할 수 없습니다.
7. 브라우저 저장소와 방문자 통계
- 로그인 유지, 언어·글자 크기 설정, 관심 강의, 방문 표시는 이용자 기기의 브라우저 저장소(로컬 스토리지)에 저장합니다.
- 방문자 수는 접속한 나라(예: KR)별 숫자만 셉니다. 이 통계에 IP나 기기 정보는 저장하지 않습니다. 숫자는 외부 카운터 서비스(Abacus)에 기록됩니다.
- 광고나 추적을 위한 쿠키는 쓰지 않습니다.
- 브라우저 설정에서 사이트 데이터를 지우면 저장된 내용이 모두 지워집니다. 이 경우 로그아웃되고 설정이 처음으로 돌아갑니다.
8. 이용자의 권리와 행사 방법
- 이용자는 언제든지 자신의 개인정보 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리정지와 회원 탈퇴를 요구할 수 있습니다.
- 회원 탈퇴는 사이트에서 바로 할 수 있습니다: 로그인한 뒤 내 계정(휴대폰은 메뉴) → '회원 탈퇴'. 탈퇴하면 회원 정보는 바로 지워집니다.
- 아래 이메일이나 전화로 요청하시면 지체 없이 처리합니다. 법정대리인이나 위임받은 사람을 통해서도 요청할 수 있습니다.
9. 만 14세 미만 아동
NEOCOLOR는 만 14세 미만 아동의 회원가입을 받지 않습니다.
10. 안전성 확보 조치
- 비밀번호 암호화 저장

- 개인정보에 접근할 수 있는 사람과 권한 최소화

Privacy Policy

NEOCOLOR (neocolor.net) sets out this privacy policy under Korea's Personal Information Protection Act to protect your personal information and to handle related questions and complaints promptly.
1. Information we process
- Sign-up with email: email address, password, name (nickname)
- Sign-up / log-in with Google: the email, name and profile picture URL that Google provides
- Created automatically when you use the service: log-in records (time, IP address, browser information)
Passwords are stored encrypted, so even NEOCOLOR cannot see them.
2. Why we process it
- Identifying members, sign-up, log-in and password recovery
- Providing services such as courses, the community and the Job Center, and sending notices
- Answering inquiries, preventing misuse and keeping the service secure
3. How long we keep it
- Member information is kept until you delete your account, then destroyed without delay.
- Information that the law requires us to keep is kept only for that period. e.g. log-in records: 3 months (Protection of Communications Secrets Act)
4. How we destroy it
When the retention period ends or the purpose has been achieved, we destroy the information without delay. Electronic files are deleted so that they cannot be restored.
5. Sharing with third parties
We do not provide your personal information to others unless you consent or the law specifically requires it.
6. Processors and overseas transfer
To run the service, we entrust the processing of personal information to the companies below, which are located outside Korea.

If you do not want your information transferred overseas, you can choose not to sign up, or delete your account. Services that require log-in will then not be available.
7. Browser storage and visitor statistics
- Log-in status, language and text-size settings, saved courses and a visit marker are stored in your browser's local storage on your device.
- Visitor statistics only count visits per country (e.g. KR). No IP address or device information is stored for these statistics. The counts are kept with an external counter service (Abacus).
- We do not use cookies for advertising or tracking.
- Clearing site data in your browser settings deletes everything stored. You will be logged out and settings will be reset.
8. Your rights
- You can ask at any time to see, correct, delete or stop the processing of your personal information, or to delete your account.
- You can delete your account on the site at any time: after logging in, open My account (the menu on phones) → 'Delete account'. Your member information is deleted right away.
- Send your request by email or phone (below) and we will handle it without delay. You can also make a request through a legal representative or an authorized person.
9. Children under 14
NEOCOLOR does not accept sign-ups from children under 14.

個人情報処理方針

NEOCOLOR(neocolor.net)は、韓国の「個人情報保護法」に基づき、利用者の個人情報を保護し、関連するお問い合わせや苦情に速やかに対応するため、次のとおり個人情報処理方針を定めます。
1. 取り扱う個人情報の項目
- メールで会員登録:メールアドレス、パスワード、名前(ニックネーム)
- Googleアカウントで登録・ログイン:Googleから提供されるメールアドレス、名前、プロフィール写真のURL
- サービス利用時に自動で生成される情報:ログイン記録(日時、接続IP、ブラウザ情報)
パスワードは暗号化して保存するため、NEOCOLORも知ることはできません。
2. 利用目的
- 会員の確認、会員登録・ログイン、パスワードの再設定
- 講座・コミュニティ・人材センターなどのサービス提供とお知らせ
- お問い合わせへの対応、不正利用の防止とセキュリティ

- 会員情報は退会まで保管し、退会後は遅滞なく破棄します。

保有期間が終了した場合や利用目的を達成した場合は、遅滞なく破棄します。電子ファイルは復元できない方法で削除します。

利用者の同意がある場合や法律に特別な定めがある場合を除き、個人情報を第三者に提供しません。

国外移転を望まない場合は、会員登録をしないか退会してください。その場合、ログインが必要なサービスは利用できません。
7. ブラウザのストレージと訪問者統計
- ログイン状態、言語・文字サイズの設定、お気に入り講座、訪問の印は、利用者の端末のブラウザストレージ(ローカルストレージ)に保存します。
- 訪問者数は接続した国(例:KR)ごとの数だけを数えます。この統計にIPや端末情報は保存しません。数は外部のカウンターサービス(Abacus)に記録されます。
- 広告や追跡のためのクッキーは使いません。
- ブラウザの設定でサイトデータを削除すると、保存された内容はすべて消えます。その場合、ログアウトされ、設定は初期状態に戻ります。
8. 利用者の権利と行使方法
- 利用者はいつでも、自分の個人情報の閲覧、訂正、削除、処理停止、退会を求めることができます。
- 退会はサイト上でいつでもできます:ログイン後、マイアカウント(スマートフォンではメニュー)→「退会する」。会員情報はすぐに削除されます。
- 下記のメールまたは電話でご依頼いただければ、遅滞なく対応します。法定代理人や委任を受けた人を通じて依頼することもできます。
9. 14歳未満の児童
NEOCOLORは14歳未満の児童の会員登録を受け付けません。
10. 安全性確保のための措置
